How can I pay for my order?
We bank transfer (easiest), also cash / cheque in the post.
When will I receive my order?
If paying via bank transfer once payment has cleared into our account we will send out the same day, cheques take up to five worrking days to clear. We will always keep you updated.
What delivery company do you use?
We tend to use Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery, smaller items such as clothing might be sent via Evri.
Larger items ie washing machines, how do I get that to me?
Ideally local collection or you can arrange your own courier to collect.
